Scope upgrades Portugal's credit rating to 'A+' with a 'stable' outlook
The financial rating agency Scope has upgraded Portugal's long-term credit rating from 'A' to 'A+', moving the outlook from 'positive' to 'stable'. The decision is attributed to a decreasing debt-to-GDP ratio, strong fiscal performance, and resilient economic growth driven by tourism, employment, and the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR).
