President promulgates fuel subsidies and extension of the Green Railway Pass

The President promulgated three government decrees extending exceptional fuel compensation for agriculture, forestry, fisheries, and aquaculture; expanding the Green Railway Pass to urban train services including CP in Lisbon and Porto, and Fertagus; and provisionally extending ground-handling licenses at the airports of Lisbon, Porto, and Faro.

Why it mattersIf you use urban trains like CP in Lisbon or Porto, or Fertagus, the Green Railway Pass now applies to these services, and fuel subsidies and airport ground-handling licenses have been extended.
