"Online engagement does not represent people's real engagement": only five people went to the immigrant protest
A protest in Lisbon organized via social media to demand improvements at the Agency for Integration, Migration and Asylum (AIMA) and better conditions for immigrants was attended by only five people. The organizers attributed the lack of turnout to an over-reliance on online engagement rather than "grassroots work" and community organizing.
