Nearly 1,180 wild animals received in three recovery centers in the first half of the year

Quercus reported that its three wildlife recovery centers in Portugal received 1,180 animals during the first six months of the year, with 85% being birds. The centers in Cadaval, Castelo Branco, and the Alentejo coast are primarily managing cases of orphans and animals falling from nests, particularly during the peak month of June.
