More than 100 personnel and four aircraft fight fire in Odemira

A forest fire broke out in Vale Juncal, São Teotónio (Odemira) at 11:04 on Wednesday. As of 12:05, 116 personnel, 30 vehicles, and four aircraft are working to contain the fire near the EN120 road; no homes are currently in danger.

Why it mattersIf you are travelling on the EN120 near São Teotónio or live in the area, follow civil protection instructions and avoid the vicinity of the fire to allow access for emergency vehicles.
