MB WAY takes another step towards payments across Europe

SIBS has partnered with major European payment providers to create the European Network for Payments (ENP), based in Madrid. The initiative aims to enable cross-border transfers and payments between existing national services, starting with person-to-person transfers before expanding to online and in-store shopping.

Why it mattersWhile nothing changes today, this project aims to eventually allow you to use your MB WAY app to send money and make payments across Europe without switching to international platforms like Visa or Mastercard.

Government prepares "conclusion agenda" for projects left out of the PRR
