Madeira government demands minimum services during easyJet strike
The Madeira regional government has requested that the national government define mandatory minimum services for flights between the archipelago and mainland Portugal during upcoming easyJet cabin crew strikes. The strikes are scheduled for October 2–6 and December 19–23, potentially affecting 62 operations and over 11,500 seats on routes connecting to Funchal and Porto Santo.
