Lowering IRS halfway through the year helps the State. What about the taxpayer?

The government is implementing IRS tax rate cuts during the second half of the year, with retroactive effects back to January, rather than at the start of the year. This shift involves a reduction of 0.3% in the first tax bracket, 0.5% in the second through fifth, and 0.3% in the sixth, resulting in approximately 400 million euros in tax relief. For a single earner with a gross salary of 1,500 euros, the annual tax saving amounts to 65 euros.
