High demand for Savings Certificates leads Government to increase issuance limit by 60%

An order published on 23 October raises the total issuance ceiling for Savings Certificates (Certificados de Aforro) and Treasury Certificates to 16 billion euros for 2026. To accommodate this, the government has reduced the emission limits for Treasury Bonds and Treasury Bills by 10.5 billion euros.
