Euribor rise may increase mortgage payments by nearly 90 euros

Variable-rate mortgage payments are expected to rise in November as Euribor averages for October continue to climb. For a typical 150,000-euro loan with a 30-year term and a 1% spread, monthly payments could increase by up to 88.70 euros for 12-month Euribor contracts, reaching 736.33 euros. These estimates are based on averages through 28 October; final values depend on the remaining days of the month.
