Beyond Lisbon, Porto and Faro will also have large operation for Brazilian elections

The Brazilian elections on October 4, 2026, will feature polling stations in Porto (ISEP, 60 stations) and Faro (Consulate headquarters, 11 stations). Voters in Porto and Faro must use the E-Título app to locate their polling section; the app must be downloaded by October 3, as it will be unavailable on election day.

Why it mattersIf you are a Brazilian voter registered in the Porto or Faro jurisdictions, you must download the E-Título app by October 3 to avoid significant delays at the polls on October 4.
