Bengala Mágica opens new support center for the visually impaired in Coimbra

The Bengala Mágica association is establishing a new support hub for children and young people with visual impairments in the Central region, following a protocol signed with the Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Coimbra on Saturday, 24 October 2026. The agreement will allow the association to decentralize its operations from Lisbon and Palmela, offering localized intervention, training, and resources for families and professionals in Coimbra.

"Wear only black and stay masked": PSP monitors group with over 500 people preparing "rebellion" in Lisbon
