Bank property valuations jump 14.2% in September; Setúbal Peninsula leads with 18.4%

In September, the median bank valuation for housing rose by 14.2% compared to the previous year, reaching 2,278 euros per square meter. Despite a slight slowdown in the annual growth rate from August, prices rose by 1.1% (24 euros/m²) on a monthly basis. Apartment valuations climbed 15.4% annually, while houses increased by 11.1%.
