Algarve promotes free trishaw rides for seniors and people with reduced mobility

Vila Real de Santo António City Council has launched a free trishaw mobility scheme for seniors and individuals with reduced mobility. The initiative, run by trained volunteers under the Municipal Health Office, allows residents to book guided outdoor trips to improve social inclusion and mental health.

Why it mattersIf you are a resident of Vila Real de Santo António with reduced mobility or have an elderly family member, you can now access this free assisted-transport service by contacting the Municipal Health Office.
