The Secretary of State for the Presidency and Immigration stated that foreign nationals participating in housing demonstrations may face the cancellation of their residence permits if they engage in behavior considered disorderly or threatening to public order. Those whose permits are cancelled could be required to leave the country within 20 days.
The Minister of the Presidency stated that AIMA will prioritize the processing of Golden Visa (ARI) applications in 2027. Each of these residency permits carries an administrative fee of 6,000 euros.
