Administrative court 'task force' for AIMA cases to be extended

The Council of Administrative and Tax Courts (CSTAF) approved extending the special task force dedicated to AIMA-related lawsuits until January 30, 2027. The team, currently composed of 21 judges, has reduced the backlog of cases against AIMA by approximately 28.8% since April, leaving 89,000 cases pending as of September 18, 2026.
