2026 Elections: 28% of Brazilian voters registered in Portugal have downloaded the E-Título

Out of 134,797 Brazilian citizens registered to vote in Portugal, only 38,234 have downloaded the official E-Título app. The app allows voters to access their digital voter ID, confirm their polling station, and submit election justifications, with the download deadline ending on October 3, 2026.
