PS to abstain in State Budget vote to avoid being confused with 'others'

The PS leadership has proposed that the party abstain on the upcoming State Budget, effectively allowing the Government's proposal to pass. The party justifies this decision as a measure to avoid a political crisis during a period of international instability and to distinguish itself from the Chega party, despite criticizing the budget as "bad" and specifically opposing planned reductions in corporate tax (IRC) and the re-entry into REN's capital.
