Fuel: President enacts support for transport and social sectors

The President has enacted a government decree creating temporary financial support to mitigate fuel costs for road transport (freight and passenger), taxis, humanitarian fire associations, and the social sector. The 38-million-euro package includes 10 cents per liter for professional diesel until the end of the year, alongside flat-rate subsidies for taxis (120 euros), buses (420 euros), fire brigade vehicles (120 or 360 euros), and social entities (600 euros).
